New custom rifle idea

What if I was to tell you that you can get great accuracy out of a 16 inch barrel chambered in 308? It true and I've seen a rifle that will shoot 4 inch groups at 700 yards! So that got my brain thinking about a few things.
I began looking at a few options and found a FN action with a detachable 4 round magazine. This is a copy of the Winchester model 70 action. I'm going to use this for the base of this build. Looking at using a full bull barrel blank that I will turn and flute. The barrel will be cut down to 16 inches and will have a 1 in 10 twist. I will chamber this barrel with a match 308 chamber. The finish will be a high grade parkerized finish. I haven't decided what stock to mate the barreled action to as of yet. I will also be putting in a adjustable trigger that is adjustable from 1 to 4 lbs.
Once in the stock, I will weigh the finished product, mount a test scope to it and shoot the rifle off of a bench rest to see what accuracy the rifle will deliver. This will be a high end compact tactical/target rifle build. I just have to decide what stock to use. An suggestions? let me know in the comment section on this post.
